In Hebrew, the word “Mitzvah “means good deed. For my Bar-Mitzvah, I am doing a
mitzvah project. My project is to donate funds to Sandy Springs Mission baseball and to
help kids play sports that might not be able to afford to play. I’m going to do an
equipment drive to collect gently used baseball equipment to donate to Sandy Springs
Mission Baseball so that the kids will have equipment to play the sport that I love.
There are two ways that you can support me with my Mitzvah project. You can either
donate money that will be used towards the program, or you can donate gently
used/usable equipment. If you would like to donate money, you can donate by clicking HERE.
I am planning an equipment drive soon and you can also drop equipment off at my house or my mother is happy to come and pick it up from your house. You can text her at 404-242-5080.
As part of my Mitzvah, I will also be volunteering at High Point Elementary School with
Sandy Springs Mission in an after-school program leading sports activities so I can
make a difference in the lives of these kids.
